Hi there,

It’s been a while.

Almost a year, in fact, since the last edition of 3-2-1 Mind Matters landed in your inbox.

Life happened. Priorities shifted. There were new chapters, new lessons, and plenty of moments that reminded me of something I often share in my work as a psychologist:

Sometimes, pausing is part of the journey too.

And now, I’m very happy to say—we’re beginning again. 🌿

Starting this Thursday, 3-2-1 Mind Matters will return to your inbox every week with simple psychological insights, thoughtful questions, and practical tools to help you pause, reflect, and take better care of your mental well-being.

But before we begin again, I want to say one thing:

Thank you.

Thank you to the 4,000+ of you who stayed subscribed.

Thank you to those who read, shared, replied, reflected, and quietly carried these ideas into their own lives.

And thank you to those who joined along the way and have been waiting for the newsletter to return.

Your continued presence means more than you may realize. 💛

3 Reflections for Our Fresh Start

1. A pause doesn't mean you've stopped growing.
Sometimes we need to step away, slow down, or change direction before we can return with greater clarity. Progress isn't always visible—and it certainly isn't always linear.

2. Starting again doesn't require starting from zero.
Everything you've experienced during the pause comes with you: the lessons, the challenges, the relationships, the growth, and the wisdom. A new beginning can be built on everything you've already learned.

3. Consistency should leave room for being human.
Mental well-being isn't about doing everything perfectly every day. It's about returning to yourself—again and again—with awareness, compassion, and intention.

2 Questions to Reflect On

What has changed in you over the past year that you haven't taken the time to acknowledge?

If you could give yourself one intention for this next chapter, what would it be?

1 Small Practice for the Week

🌿 The “Begin Again” Practice

Take five quiet minutes this week.

Write down three things:

What am I leaving behind?
What am I carrying forward?
What do I want to make space for now?

There is no need to create a perfect plan.

Sometimes clarity begins simply by giving your thoughts somewhere to land.

💬 Remember

You don't have to wait for Monday, January 1st, or a perfectly organized life to begin again.

You can begin again today.

And sometimes, beginning again is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself.

🌱 And We're Beginning Again—Together

From this Thursday, I'll be back in your inbox every week with another edition of 3-2-1 Mind Matters.

Three ideas to make you pause.
Two questions to make you reflect.
One small practice to take with you into the week.

Thank you for being here.

I'm so glad we're continuing this journey together.
